The Rotary International Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program was successfully organized with the vision of “Building Leaders for the Community.” This impactful project focused on developing leadership qualities, confidence, teamwork, and social responsibility among young participants. Through interactive sessions, group activities, motivational talks, and skill-building workshops, the youth were encouraged to discover their true potential and become responsible future leaders.
